Took a couple of samples to Atlas Labs Salem location for asbestos testing (attic fluff and drywall). Jason was very prompt with the testing and result documentation, Kelly processed the (very fair) payment and got us the results promptly as well! (Thank you both, we really appreciate it!) If we need anything else tested we will definitely be taking it here.

Fantastic! Professional, deeply knowledgable, patient, timely, and reliable. Hire this company to work in tandem with whatever abatement company does the work on your building! I worked with Justin and Jorge to do 3rd party air clearance on HVAC tape and floor tile abatement for about $200. They basically acted as awesome consultants to make sure everything was done safely and correctly. Unlike many local abatement companies and their estimators, they were able to accurately answer detailed questions which was worth the price alone. What percentage of asbestos is typically in drywall? What solvent is best for mastic on soft concrete? What is 3D scraping? Do I have to worry about XYZ? They are a rare GEM in the abatement world. Jorge gently held the abatement team I hired accountable and asked that they do a further round of clean-up after a visual inspection. He also gave sound advice on the rather poor level of mastic removal by other company, but also let me know that mastic is very stable compared to other materials.

If you want a concise, genuine and speedy place to have almost any type of testing done, look no further. Thank you all for the knowledgeable and thorough staff you uphold. They have a drop box out front for testing bags and forms to be dropped.

The only place we will go to have our asbestos testing done for our construction jobs. Very quick very easy to work with and they do a very good job of getting us the information we need on our projects, even when we’re in a time crunch. I called almost all the places in the area also and they are the most affordable as well. Very reasonable for what you get. This should be our one and only stop for any sort of lab testing. Too bad they don’t also process piss test for all the guys.
